Are there fees for cancelling reservations?
A refund will be made out of the total booking fee within the specified time frame.
The cancellation policy is listed below.
7 days before your tour: 20%
The previous day of your tour before 6pm: 50%
The previous day of your tour after 6pm: 100%
*Timing of notice of cancellation is based on Japan local time.
Can I request for an extension of tour hours? What happens if I exceed my scheduled tour hours?
An extension of hours will be subject to an additional extension fee. Please ask extension rates at the time of inquiry.
Is it ok if I bring more luggage than at the time of booking?
Extra luggage that is not listed in your claim may be refused to be loaded, depending on the availability of space. In that case, you will have to arrange another taxi or different service.
Please note that there will be an extra charge for it.
May I smoke in the car?
All of our cars are non-smoking. We recommend the use of the designated smoking areas.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Our cars have Wi-Fi capabilities. Getting connected to Wi-Fi is so simple. Just sign in with the ID and password we provide you in the car.
What is the car color?
All of our chauffeur cars are black.
Can I eat/drink in the car?
Yes. Cold Evian water is available in the car. Please feel free to ask for one when you are thirsty.
